Contact form

Data: name, company (optional), email, phone (optional), message content, consent timestamp.

Purpose: answering your request and, where relevant, preparing a quote.

Legal basis: your consent, and pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR article 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

Retention: 3 years from the last contact if no engagement follows. If an engagement is signed, data is kept for the duration of the relationship then archived for legally required periods (10 years for accounting records).

Recipients: Eliot Rabaud only. Messages go through Google’s email service (Gmail), a US-based processor certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Your data is never sold or used for unsolicited marketing.

Analytics

Only with your consent, the site uses Google Analytics to measure traffic (page views, source, device). Its cookies last 13 months at most, and your choice is remembered for 6 months. You can change your mind at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Server logs

The server keeps technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and to prevent abuse of the form. They are not used for anything else. The forms are protected against automated submissions by Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses the interaction and may set cookies; Google's terms and privacy policy apply to that service.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent. Email contact@dungeondata.com; I reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
